What is A Password Algorithm?

What is a password algorithm? 🤔

Think about creating a password.  Ideally, passwords should be complicated enough that someone else cannot figure them out, but simple enough that we don't need to write them down.  Some people have an algorithm, or set of steps, they use to help them create and remember their passwords, and those algorithms can be extremely diverse, which is good because, if everyone followed the exact same algorithm, no passwords would be secure.  In computer science, there are so many ways to reach a solution that you can be unique in your approach.  Find your own path and don't follow what everyone else is doing.
